Workshops

Workshops are 2 hours or longer, and provide an extended opportunity to learn FlexAware exercises, theory, and applications for specific conditions and concerns.

Outgrowing Pain™
As young children learn to walk, they outgrow crawling. You will learn to use FlexAware exercises to outgrow back pain, arthritis, headaches, knee and hip pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, and other pain and problem conditions.

Breathing for Life
You will learn how to breathe more freely, easily, and efficiently. FlexAware exercises are uniquely effective for helping people outgrow asthma, emphysema, COPD, and stress-related disorders, and for achieving greater emotional and psychological health.

Enhance Your Yoga with FlexAware
Take your yoga practice to the next level. More skill. More comfort. More fun. Less strain and fewer injuries, with faster recovery from any difficulties that do occur. You will learn to breathe more fully and freely, and to be more aware of your skeleton and gravity. FlexAware is based on the innate, natural, organic, spontaneous yoga of healthy young children.

The Living Body: Making Sense of Anatomy and Movement
The way we move is a function of how we sense and think about the body. You will learn to apply basic facts of anatomy, physiology, and neuroscience to enhance your health and fitness. This workshop is for everyone, and especially valuable for yoga teachers, massage therapists, personal trainers, and other health professionals.
