This new website and blog are finally launching, and I’m thrilled.
There’s a lot of information throughout the site, and I hope you’ll explore and read. In the FAQs, you’ll find specific ideas about breathing, back pain, yoga, fitness, stretching, strench-training, and other topics. The Science page also has some significant materal, ideas that ought to be much more widely known.
Here in the blog, as I develop it, you’ll find items about specific health problems and conditions, comments about articles and research published elsewhere, and maybe just some fun stuff. In contrast to the longer articles I write, such as the Science, which will be posted elsewhere on this website, this will be a place for more informal discussions.
And I sincerely hope these will be discussions. I invite your comments.
