Asthma and Breathing — pre-research project

FlexAware is uniquely effective for helping people achieve free, full, effortless, natural breathing, like healthy children.

Over the years, a lot of people have come for help with asthma, COPD, and other breathing problems. All have improved, I believe, though I haven’t kept regular notes and records.

In recent months, I’ve been doing a lot more research into breathing therapies, talking with doctors and other health professionals, even experimenting with an asthma peak flow meter. FlexAware is unique, as far as I know, in the way it increases mobility of the ribs and improves the action of all the muscles that attach to the ribs. Unique, also, in that it does not rely on counting or conscious control.

Do you know anyone who has asthma or COPD? I’m offering discounted classes and individual lessons, and asking people to keep notes so we can collect anecdotes as a step toward more rigorous research. Participants will benefit right away. And this will in time help millions of people.

Please contact us if you want to participate in person or by Skype. Also please contact us if you know anyone who’s involved with any such research at NIH, a university, or elsewhere.

And please circulate this link.
